We engaged with Samartha for developing an SMS sending/receiving module for our collaboration solution Mithi Connect XF. We found Samartha to be an involved and Knowledgeable partner, who was uptodate on the subject and also was forthcoming with ideas and suggestions for the project. We also observed that their team was adept at following the software development processes like design, coding, and testing. The entire project was executed remotely and within cost and schedule. Samartha team is extremely responsive and resourceful in analyzing & developing complex enhancement requirement in HPSM. Team’s understanding of HPSM application workflows are extremely helpful in presenting a polished image of the HPSM integration project. Team’s technical knowledge, drive for result and ability to get into root of a technical requirement and address them in most optimized way. Team has taken all stake holders into confidence by implementing current requirement in the project they are assigned to.
